Informer le futur occupant d’un logement des risques naturels, miniers et technologiques auxquels le bien est exposé, tel est l’objectif de l’ERNMT.

Le contenu de ce formulaire dépend donc de la zone géographique et de l’existence d’un plan de prévention des risques dans la commune.

Dans les copropriétés, c’est au syndic de transmettre l’ERNMT.

Dans tout autre bien immobilier, le propriétaire le fournit au locataire ou à l’acquéreur.

Ce document est valide durant six mois.

Nous sommes aptes à effectuer cet état des risques naturels, miniers et technologiques afin de dégager la responsabilité du propriétaire particulier (vendeur ou bailleur) ou bien du professionnel de l’immobilier lors de la transaction immobilière.

The purpose of the SNMTR is to inform the future occupant of a property of the natural, mining and technological risks to which the property is exposed.

The content of this form therefore depends on the geographical area and the existence of a risk prevention plan in the municipality.

In condominiums, the SNMTR is to be submitted by the syndic.

In any other property, the owner provides it to the tenant or purchaser.

This document is valid for six months.
